These terms and conditions apply to opening an account, playing games, placing bets and managing financial transactions at jatabet.cam. Please read all the conditions below carefully before you start using the platform.

1 General Introduction and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between jatabet.cam ("Platform", "we", "jata") and any user of the platform ("member", "you"). By accessing jatabet.cam, opening an account or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms.
The following words are used with specific meanings throughout this document:
- Platform: The jatabet.cam website and its associated mobile applications.
- Member: Any person who is registered on the platform and using its services.
- Account: A registered member's personal user account.
- Bonus: Any financial or other reward given by jata.
- Transaction: A deposit, withdrawal or any other financial activity.

2 Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account at jatabet.cam and take part in any gaming or betting activity, a user must be at least 21 years of age. We may request the necessary documents to verify age at the time of account registration or at any later stage. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Geographic Applicability
This platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. Members who access the service from regions where online gaming is subject to legal restrictions bear full responsibility for doing so.
2.3 Registration Requirements
When opening an account, the member must provide the following information accurately:
- Full name (as shown on national ID card or passport)
- Correct mobile number and email address
- Date of birth (to confirm age of 21 or above)
- A strong password to be used only by the member
jata reserves the right to close an account at any time if it was registered with false or incomplete information. Only one account per person is permitted — creating more than one account under the same person's name is prohibited.
3 Account Management
3.1 Login and Security
The member is solely responsible for keeping their account secure. The username and password must never be shared with anyone else. jata will not be liable for any loss caused by a third party using your account. After logging in, monitor your activity regularly during each session and log out when you are done.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
Before the first withdrawal or whenever account verification is required, jata may request any one of the following documents from the member:
- National ID card (NID) — both sides
- Valid passport
- Confirmation of mobile banking account name and number
Some services may be restricted until verification is complete. It is the member's responsibility to submit accurate and legible documents so that the identity verification process can be completed quickly.
3.3 Account Inactivity
If there is no login or financial activity for six consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. The member can contact the support team to reactivate an inactive account.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
jatabet.cam currently accepts three mobile payment methods for deposits: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Please make sure you send the correct amount, as recovering funds sent with the wrong amount or wrong reference may take time.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time
bKash, Nagad and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if identity verification has not been completed or while a security review is in progress.
4.3 Source of Funds
Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and must be sent from the member's own mobile banking account. Transactions made using a third party's account are not permitted, and any such transaction that is confirmed will be cancelled.
4.4 Transaction Errors
If an incorrect amount is added to an account due to a technical error, jata reserves the right to correct that amount. If the member identifies the error themselves, they must notify the support team immediately.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the balance to ৳3,000, and a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be met before withdrawal. Receiving a bonus does not mean the funds can be withdrawn immediately — the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
5.2 Regular Promotions
jata runs various regular promotions for its members:
- jata Weekly Reload: 50% bonus on weekly deposits, up to ৳10,000; wagering 20 times.
- jata Weekend Blast: 30% bonus on deposits during the last two days of the week, up to ৳8,000; wagering 18 times.
- jata Cricket Festival: 40% bonus on deposits in the Sports section, up to ৳6,000; wagering 15 times.
- jata Birthday Gift: Verified members receive up to ৳2,000 reward in their birthday month; wagering 10 times.
- jata Refer a Friend: Up to ৳3,000 reward for each successful referral; wagering 12 times.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required when claiming any bonus. It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time. If a member attempts to misuse the bonus system or tries to avoid the wagering requirements through any strategy, jata reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account.
6 Gaming and Betting Rules
6.1 Game Results and Fairness
All games on jatabet.cam rely on algorithms and RNG (Random Number Generator) technology set by the respective software developers. Games from approved developers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and Spribe are available on the platform. jata has no direct control over the outcome of any game.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game or event has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, which is displayed in the game interface. If you try to place a bet outside these limits, the system will automatically reject it.
6.3 Technical Disruptions
If the internet connection is lost or a technical problem occurs during a game or betting session, the outcome of that session will be determined based on the last recorded state. In such situations, jata will make its decision based on its own logs and records.
6.4 Cancelled and Changed Events
If a sports event is cancelled, postponed or its conditions change, the staked amount for that bet will be refunded. However, if the event has already been completed, the result will be considered final.
7 Responsible Gaming Policy
jata believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems. We encourage all members to play consciously and within a set budget.
Members can use the following protective measures:
- Temporarily closing their own account for a set period (self-exclusion)
- Setting daily or weekly deposit limits
- Submitting a request to permanently close the account
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your personal or financial life, follow the Responsible Gaming Guidelines and contact the support team if needed. Under no circumstances may anyone under the age of 21 open or use an account.
8 Data Protection and Privacy
Personal information collected during registration and subsequent use of jatabet.cam is stored with the highest level of security. All data is transferred using SSL encryption and is not sold or shared with third parties.
Member data is used only for the following purposes:
- Identity verification and security confirmation
- Processing financial transactions
- Sending relevant promotional information (with member consent)
- Meeting legal obligations

9 User Code of Conduct
While using the platform, members must refrain from the following activities:
- Attempting to influence game or bet outcomes through fraudulent or unlawful means
- Running multiple accounts from the same person or household
- Misusing or manipulating the bonus system
- Using automated software, bots or scripts
- Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
If any of the above activities are confirmed, the account will be suspended immediately, the account balance may be withheld and legal action will be taken if necessary.
10 Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Suspension by jata
In any of the following circumstances, jata may temporarily or permanently close a member's account without prior notice:
- Breach of these terms and conditions
- Suspicion of fraud or deception
- Providing incorrect or false personal information
- During a security review or verification process
- On the instruction of a legal authority
10.2 Member-Initiated Closure Request
If a member wishes to close their own account, they can submit a request through the support team. All ongoing bets must be settled and any pending withdrawals completed before closure.
10.3 Consequences for Balance and Bonuses
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, unused bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited. However, regarding any confirmed legitimate balance, jata will make a decision after conducting an investigation.
11 Limitation of Liability
jatabet.cam is an online entertainment platform. jata will not be liable for compensation in the following situations:
- Any loss caused by a member's internet connection failure
- A member's password or account information being shared with others due to their own negligence
- Loss caused by issues with third-party software or devices
- Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other events beyond our control
However, if a member suffers a financial loss due to a technical error on our part, we will attempt to resolve it after verification. In all dispute settlements, jata's system logs will be considered the final evidence.
12 Changes to Terms & Conditions and Their Effect
12.1 Right to Make Changes
jata reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Updated terms will take effect from the date of publication.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
For any dispute relating to these terms and conditions, members must first attempt to resolve it by contacting jata's support team directly. 12.3 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gambling guidelines together form the complete agreement between jata and the member. If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
